At such a young age, Sidney has done some pretty amazing things.
On September 21, 2005, Sidney got his first NHL point (assist) in an exhibiton games against the Bruins.
Sid was the only one under the age of 18 to play for Team Canada in the 2003 World Junior Championships.
He was only 16 when he set a World Junior Championship record when he was the youngest player to score a goal.
Sidney Crosby was signed by Reebok when he was eighteen.
He collected 14 points in two world junior hockey championships. (2004 and 2005)
Sidney was drafted into the NHL by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2005.
In eleven games, Sid collected two goals and twelve assists, making him the October Rookie of the Month.
Sidney led the Penguins to win the Stanely Cup in 2009, at that time making him the youngest captain to win a Cup.
In the 2010 Winter Olympics, Sid scored the winning goal against Team USA to give Team Canada the gold medal.
